  • Beula Pypers - Free-hand routing. Router cuts highlighted with a wood stain. (added 20170127)
  • Charles McCleod and his ‘apple’ Brian Wright - Reproduction mid-19th century officers’ chests. Built from African mahogany (Khaya sp.) The router played a major role in the construction of these chests.(added 20161220)
  • Case and drawers - half-blind dovetail joints. Web frame - mortice and tenon joints. Web frame attached to case sides using stopped tapered dovetail housings.(added 20161220)

  • Solid brass hardware (imported from UK)set in pattern-routed recesses. The drawer handles required three patterns.(added 20161220)
  • Charles and Brian can be very proud. This is gallery-class furniture! (added 20161220)
  • Michael Sibanda - A Christmas present for his son, Pajero, who is crazy about cars.  Free-hand routing using a 90 degree V-bit. Inspired by Beula Pypers - see two slides on. (added 20161205)

  • Mike Barnard - Collapsible display bookstands for Church Library. Made from 9mm MDF. Router used to cut “egg crate” joint and mould edges. (added 20161205)
  • Beula Pypers - Free-hand routing. The head is about 300mm high. Will used as a base for a tray. Router cuts highlighted with a wood stain. (added 20161111)
  • Kevin Owen - Compound curve cutting on a bandsaw - the climax of an RWD course “Using a bandsaw.” (added 20160930)

  • Kevin Owen - Side table with drawers. Made of pine - will be painted and decorated. Compound curve cutting, pattern routing and M&T joints.(added 20160930)
  • Kevin Owen - Console table with drawers. Made of pine - will be painted and decorated. Compound curve cutting, pattern routing and M&T joints. (added 20160930)
  • Kevin Owen - Console and side table with drawers. After painting and decoration done by Terri Teunissen of Knock on Wood Gallery. (added 2016111)

  • Pair of bedside tables - Oak, imbuia and panga panga. Through mortices cut with one of my Adjustable Saddle Mortice Jigs. Made by Leon Jacques Theron. (added 20160929)
